Caviar Made in Madagascar
Kasnodar Caviar was born in 2018, the result of the expertise of the greatest specialists in the field. This young brand aims to modernize quality caviar by appealing to all generations with an image that is both traditional and bold.
This is a true achievement as Madagascar's caviar is the first of its kind in Africa and the Indian Ocean. The terracotta color, a signature of Kasnodar Caviar, pays tribute to the laterite that colors the plateaus of the Great Island, also known as the « Red Island. »
DiscoverAcipenser, a unique farm
In 2009, the story of Madagascar's caviar began. After the construction of the Acipenser farm's « land » site that same year and the « lake » site in 2013, fertilized sturgeon eggs embarked on a long journey from the Northern Hemisphere to Madagascar.
Nestled at an altitude of 1,400 meters, Mantasoa is just an hour and a half from the capital, Antananarivo, and offers an ideal, pollution-free environment for this unique farm.

The brand offers two Baeri caviar recipes to provide diverse gastronomic experiences: the « Black » edition for a bold caviar, and « White » for grains with a light and mild iodine flavor. To expand its range, Kasnodar also offers its customers the renowned Ossetra caviar.
